Southwest University of Science and Technology is located in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China's Science and Technology City. The school is a university jointly built by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education, and jointly built by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Bureau.
